NEW HOUSING TAX CREDIT - ITS OFFICIAL!!!
It’s official! President Obama has signed a bill that extends the tax credit for first-time homebuyers (FTHBs) into the first half of 2010. It is now a great time to buy for not only first time home buyers but ALL buyers! There are lots of great priced homes on the market now. Please call us with any questions.
