Lucasey's Italian Bistro

We are very fortunate here in Marysville to have lots of good choices for places to eat and the list of good restaurants seems to keep growing all the time. This past weekend - I decided to check out Lucasey's Italian Bistro. This is Marysville's first italian restaurant. It is located where the Sandy's Bar and Grill used to be across the street from Lowes and behind Aldi's. Locationwise it is a bit hard to find but it like a little hidden treasure it is well worth the hunt. The menu is simple and classic italian but also offers small plates or tapas. They also have a decent selection of italian meats and cheeses. We ordered the fried risotto balls for an appetizer. The 4 large risotto balls were made from scratch and served with their marinara sauce. The main dishes come with a salad and breadsticks (think Olive Garden). I ordered the angry pasta which is penne pasta with a spicy white wine sauce, italian sausage, peppers and onions. It was spicy and delicious. My husband ordered the chicken parmesan - which is one of his favorites. We were both very pleased with our meals and had plenty for leftovers. Our total bill was under $40 for a very fabulous meal. So if you are looking for a new place to try out or craving some italian cuisine but don't feel like driving to Dublin. I would definately recommend Lucasey's Italian Bistro.
